The international nature of Ramboll affords a broad range of opportunities to employees, as well as a great deal of support for the business itself. When workload increases this means that we can look within the group for assistance. Sometimes this means working with individuals of teams in other offices, sometimes it means inviting employees from other countries and business units to join Ramboll Middle East either on secondment or permanently.
Ramboll Middle East has offices and project offices in four countries, and currently employees 25 different nationalities. This means that we have a wide range of experience from across the globe to bring to our work, and bringing other Ramboll employees to join us increases this knowledge pool while maintaining the Ramboll aim of working globally as one company.
This is a practice we encourage across the business, but it has especially been embraced in the Transport market where over the past 12 months we have had employees join us from Ramboll offices in England, Scotland, Sweden, Finland and Estonia. Each time these employees brought their own international experiences with them to share with their RME colleagues, and when these are secondments, they will also return to their home offices with invaluable international experience in both professional and personal terms. With a global network of colleagues available Ramboll is demonstrating that as a business we can be Stronger Together.
