Anthony has worked in engineering consultancy specifically within the built environment for more than 35 years. He began his career as a structural engineer in the UK with WS Atkins, before moving to the Middle East in 1994 to work on the design of the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, for which he was the lead structural engineer. Over the course of 25 years in the Middle East, Anthony has worked on many landmark projects throughout the region and with many of the prominent private and quasi-government developers, as well as collaborating with a variety of architectural practices for attractive project solutions.

Before joining Ramboll, Anthony worked for Aecom for the past nine years in a variety of roles, including leading AECOM’s built environment offering across the Middle East, and as practice leader for Building Engineering across EMIA.
